Kernott v Jones: Too Little TOLATA PRESENTERS: Nicholas Wilkinson, Katherine Cook and Matthew Brunsdon Tully are barristers at 1 Hare Court Chambers, a specialist set practising exclusively in the field of family law. All three have worked on cases, in all courts up to the Court of Appeal, on various family matters, including ancillary relief and children disputes. Thier talk will be on the current state of the law relating to constructive trusts of the family home with particular reference to "joint names" cases in the light of the recent Supreme Court ruling in Kernott v Jones.
